A lady Minati Debnath (54) caught on fire after tying in a tree in the Khamarbari area under the Jirania police station on Saturday night and police detained two of her sons suspecting their involvement in the incident. Mohonbashi Debnath, brother of the lady informed the police that some unknown persons killed his sister.

Reaching the spot police found that the charred body was tied with a tree. As the matte was suspicious, police started an investigation registering a case of unnatural death. In the evening police detained two of her sons suspecting that they were behind the killing of her mother.
