Pradyot Bikram threatened to oust unlicensed traders, and laborers from TTAADC areas

TIPRA Motha mentor Pradyot Bikram Kishor has threatened to oust all the traders trading inside the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council Areas without a license. In a social media post, he said any contractor or institution treading or working in the TTAADC area without a legal trading license would not be allowed to work. Our local people have been denied various opportunities and I will seek legal opinion in this matter.

Not only the traders he even threatened to oust the labourers who are working in TTAAC areas. The social media post said his decision will be applied in the case of laborers too. ‘when any labor is brought from outside the TTAADC area or the state, they must pay more for the registration’, he said adding that we must ensure that local people get more preference.
