I ventured to the Tourism Directorate at Swet Mahal in Agartala. Swet Mahal, once part of the Ujjayanta Palace, boasts an architectural beauty that beggars description. The roof height is almost sixteen feet, and the spacious windows negate the need for air conditioning. Here, I met Prasanta Negi, the Director, a suave, elegant, and mild-mannered gentleman. Due to an urgent meeting, he introduced me to Shri Sushil Reang, a very efficient and polite officer. I asked him for the names of all registered tourist guides along with their contact numbers, images of the tourist destinations, booking and boarding facilities, transportation and hotel details, preferable months for visit, and other necessary information. He assured me that I would receive all the details by this evening. As courteous and efficient as he is, I count on his words.
In the whimsical tapestry of our shared dreams, my friends, strewn across the vast expanses of Pan India and the far-flung corners of the world—be it the bustling streets of the USA, the historic avenues of the UK, the charming towns of Germany, the romantic boulevards of France, the vibrant heart of Cape Town, or the serene landscapes of Bangladesh—harbor an eager anticipation and an unquenchable yearning to embark on a journey to the enchanting realms of Tripura.
In conclusion, Tripura is a treasure trove of enchanting wonders and captivating destinations.
