Due to most
effective IT tool the internet at times I really wonder how the world has
become so narrow indeed. Within no time information reaches the farthest corner
of the world. And we stay connected uninterruptedly for hours together that's
how the status of the world today.
Er Haradhan
Datta is my online chess partner since 2020 Covid time. We play almost every
other day as per mutual convenient time mostly at night in our time zone. But
for last couple of days he is in Singapore for the third time with his
daughter's family & she is doing extremely well there. She has started her
own Tele Medicine company with strong network in south east Asia & also
having footprint in one or two European countries. Haradhan Babu with his charming personality & ever cool,
smiling
face attended an international seminar
in Singapore organised by his daughter Dr Aridrita Datta Mukherjee who is a
medicos by profession. He is no doubt a proud father. Being in Singapore also we
manage to play online chess almost every other day. Yesterday as usual we
played 2 games but lately I came to know he was in some part of Malaysia. It's
really amazing to think that we remain connected irrespective of country &
time zone. These days I feel more comfortable playing online , than offline. My
extreme gratitude to Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn: Often called the "fathers of
the internet," who designed TCP/IP. Protocol.

Internet is
the breath for Million of professionals across the world. In our country with
such a huge population mobile penetration is almost 83% which is quite
encouraging but the growing dissatisfaction amongst consumer irrespective of
urban and rural areas is grossly
alarming. Not only mobile even for fibre connection too we are to depend on
multiple operator this days for 24*7 uninterrupted connectivity. No single
operator can provide satisfactory dependable connectivity.
