Justice Arindam Loadh directed the State Govt. to inform the Center about the regularization of non-teaching staff employed in the SSA scheme

Honorable Justice Arindam Loadh of the Tripura High Court has directed the state government to take up the demand for regularization of non-teaching staff employed in Tripura under the Samagra Siksha Abhiyan (SSA) under education department to the central government.
It is reported that Hon'ble Justice Arindam Lodh of Tripura High Court issued this important order last Saturday. He gave this judgment after hearing the eight writ petition cases of non-teaching staff of Sarva Shiksha Mission. Judging all the cases together, Justice Lodh said within the next three months, the petitioners' demand for regularization should be taken to the Center's Human Resource Development Ministry on behalf of the Tripura government. Shri Loadh in his order also said that the concerned Ministry of the Central Government should take a decision on regularization within seven months of receiving the letter from the State Government. Advocate General Siddhartha Shankar Dey and others appeared for the state government in the case. On the other hand, Senior Advocate Purushottam Roy Barman, Shamik Dev and others appeared for the petitioners.
