Udaipur girl selected for internship programme in ISRO for two weeks

In an achievement for the state, Ananya Sen, a class X student of Brilliant Star school of Udaipur, headquater of Gomati district, has been selected for Indian Space Research Organisation’s (ISRO) prestigious Zubika internship programme. Zubika is part of ISRO’s young scientist training programme as part of which young students with flair for science are introduced to the nuances of space technology, science trends and applications.

Ananya Sen, along with four other students from Tripura will undergo a fourteen day internship in Hyderabad , Telengana from May 13 to May 27. They will be under the supervision of Bidisha Majumder, a science teacher at Hariananda school who will accompany them. Ananya has always evinced a keen interest in pure science , specially the part of science related to space matters and the internship she got is considered by her teachers as a reward for her natural flair for science.
