Minor molested by private tutor

A-12-year old minor girl was reportedly molested by her private tutor in Krishnapur area under Teliamura subdivision. According to a complaint lodged with the local police station, the minor girl was subjected to molestation by her tutor on multiple occasions. When she narrated her ordeal to her parents, the family members went to the police station and lodged a complaint. According to the victim’s father, the accused identified as Sagar Das is stated to be absconding. Local sources said that Sagar Das’s father Bishnu Das is an influential person and very close to the local MLA and Minister Bikash Debbarma.
