Passenger safety, Cleanliness is a serious problem faced by the railway passengers in Tripura

Along with passenger safety, railway passengers in Silchar- Agartala rute facing the serious problem due to uncleaned railway coaches. Many passengers of the Silchar- Agartala rute complaint against this. It' is reported that on Silchar-Agartala Express (Train No. 15664) have been allegations of gross negligence in cleanliness.Passengers of this railway route have been drawing the attention of the officials in charge of various posts of the railway for a long time now. But to no avail.

It is known reported that today Amitabh Dutta, senior CPIM leader of Dharmanagar left for Agartala at around 12.55 pm from Dharmanagar. He stated that his seat number was S (1) 15 and his opposite seat number was 16. One Ajay Das was the passenger in seat number 16. When they went to sit in their designated seat, they saw the dirty condition of seat number 15 and 16. Seeing such an untidy condition of a presenger's train, Amitabh Dutta and his fellow travelers burst into anger.

After the train reached Panisagar, they complaint to TTE on duty. And was asked TT E how to travel in this dirty environment. TTE saw the dirty picture by his own eye's and promised to take action.Later a railway worker brought some tissue papers. Then he was shocked to see the dirt. Amitabh Dutta said how to clean the dustbin with some tissue paper? Then the railways cleaner boy leaves hunting the horror of the situation.It is very important to determine the cause of this disorder in the railways and take appropriate measures.Amitabh Dutta demanded the railway authorities to take proper care of cleanliness by making every train room and toilet suitable for common use of passengers, in order to maintain good environment and passenger service in the overall situation.
