Governor Indrasena Reddy Nally visits state central jail in Prabhurampur in Bishalgarh, expresses satisfaction

The governor of the state Indrasena Reddy Nallu today paid a visit to the state central jail located in Prabhurampur area in Bishalgarh to see for himself the condition prevailing there. Most of the senior officials of the Bishalgarh civil and police administration were present during the governor’s visit.

The governor was received by the SDM (Bishalgarh) Rakesh Chakraborty who is also in-charge of Bishalgarh central jal and then the formal visit commenced with Sepahijala SP V.J.Reddy, ADM (Sepahijala) Jayanta De and SDPO (Bishalgarh) Dulal Dutta accompanying him. Within the jail the governor was given a guard of honour and then he inspected various parts of the central jail as well as the facilities provided to the convicts and the under-trials.

Speaking to media persons upon conclusion of his visit the governor expressed his satisfaction over the conditions in the jail and the facilities provided to the inmates. Official sources here said that the governor Indrasena Reddy Nallu has been moving in different parts of the state to see the socio-economic conditions of people and in the coming days also he will be visiting the remaining parts of the state.
