Child rights protection commission intervenes strongly to ensure recovery of kidnapped girl and punishment for the guilty

Fed up with the callousness and incompetence of the Amtoli police station, the child rights protection commission has finally intervened strongly to ensure recovery of a kidnapped minor by a notorious criminal Suman Ghosh and his exemplary punishment. The commission members have already met the family members of the kidnapped girl and assured them that they will ensure recovery of the girl. According to details of the case available , Suman Ghosh, a notorious criminal of the Chaumuhuni Bazar Narayan Khamar area , had kidnapped the minor girl on last June 3 from Badharghat area . The family members of the girl filed a complaint against the said Suman Ghosh on Sunday but the Amtoli police station has so far failed to do anything to rescue the girl . The member of the commission Sharmila Chowdhury said that they had assured the girl’s family of all efforts to rescue her .

Earlier also the notorious criminal Suman Ghosh had kidnapped the same girl but on that occasion the Amtoli police station had rescued the girl and arrested notorious Suman Ghosh who was accused of abduction and rape. After some days the said Suman Ghosh had obtained bail with the condition that he has to appear in the court on a regular basis. Even though no judgment has been passed in the earlier case Suman Ghosh kidnapped the same minor girl on last June 3 and is absconding now with the girl . On the earlier occasion also the child right protection commission had performed an important role in rescuing the kidnapped girl and again this time they will make every effort to rescue the girl and ensure arrest and punishment of the culprit Suman Ghosh.
