Entire cabinet visit ILS hospital to see condition of ailing minister Sushanta Chowdhury

In a move of empathy the entire BJP-IPFT cabinet today visited the privately run ILS hospital to meet ailing minister Sushanta Chowdhury who had fallen sick in his office chamber on Tuesday last. All the ministers headed by chief minister Dr Manik Saha spoke to Sushanta as well as doctors treating him in the hospital and took information about his latest condition. They were assured by doctors that Sushanta will come round soon and return home.

It was on Tuesday last that Sushanta had gone to Udaipur with more than 2 thousand of his followers to offer worship to ‘Mata Tripureshwari’ and had taken part in a picnic held in Tepania eco park. However while going to the temple the unruly BJP workers following the minister came across a hapless CPI (M) worker of Mazlishpur on the road and severely beat him up. After returning to Agartala Sushanta reached his office chamber in the state secretariat and suddenly fell sick . He had to be admitted to ILS hospital immediate and , according to latest information, he is recuperating from his sickness.
