High level meeting held in secretariat regarding more recruitment of unemployed youths of Tripura in Agnipath project

A high-level meeting was held at the secretariat yesterday so that a large number of candidates register online and get appointed to the Agnipath project. Online registration for Agniveer (Air) post of Indian Air Force's Agnipath project starts from March 17, 10 am and will continue till March 31, 5 pm. Abhishek Singh, Secretary, Department of Employment and Manpower Planning presided over the meeting. The meeting was attended by Guwahati-based Wing Commander and Commanding Officer S Sangam of 11 Airman Selection Center and Director of Department of Employment and Manpower Planning and Director of Skill Development Department and representatives of Department of Higher Education and NIC Tripura. It was decided in the meeting that steps will be taken by the department to make the youth of the state aware about the online registration in the Air Force and initiatives will be taken by the department so that the willing youths can register online by visiting the employment exchanges and CSCs of the state. In the meeting, Wing Commander and Commanding Officer S Sangam said that the online examination will start from May 20, 2023. In the meeting Abhishek Singh, Secretary, Department of Employment and Manpower Planning, emphasized on greater participation of the youth of the state in the current recruitment process.
