After CPM, Congress is also demanded removal of three police officers of Bishalgarh

After CPM, Congress is also submitted a complin to the Chief Electoral Officer against 3 rank-and-file officers of the police.

In a letter to the CEO, the PCC president said that Additional SP Randhir Debbarma is a close relative of Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Debbarma. Also, SDPO Rahul Das is also known to be very close to son of Jishnu Debbarma. He also mentioned that OC of Bishalgarh police station Badal Saha cooperated with them as always. Their impunity led to deadly attacks on Congress workers a couple of days ago. Even the police fired at least 17 to 18 rounds at Congress leader Jaidip Ray Barman and others. A CPIM supporter named Shahid Miya was killed in Charilam in the presence of these police officers.

Birjit Sinha says If officers like them are in charge during the election, the entire election can turn into a farce. So PCC president demanded to remove them to somewhere else as soon as possible.
