Tripurainfo Mega quiz 2022 ended with great enthusiasm

With great enthusiasm, this year's All Tripura Mega Quiz, organized with the help of tripurainfo.com and several affiliated organizations, was held at Rabindra Centenary Bhavan in the capital. Former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar was present in the first phase of the programme. Minister Ramprasad Pal was present at the prize distribution ceremony in the evening.

Also present on the occasion were Tripura Human Rights and Police Accountability Commission Chairperson justice (retd) SC Das, PCCF KS Shetty, Chief Electoral Officer Kiran Gitte, Secretary Abhishek Singh and ONGC Chief General Manager Pankaj Roy Mondal, former Minister Prabitra Kar, Prof. Mihir Dev, General Manager of Hotel Polo Tower Shri Gunjan Kumar etc.

Like every year, Abhijit Bhattacharya, Principal of the School of Science and Associate Organization of the program, and Shri Nandu Panikkar, the renowned quiz master of the state, were the two quiz masters from the state. Moreover, Bharat Jain, the famous quiz master of the country, has come from Hyderabad. The entire event was moderated by Praveen Shethia, a renowned radio jockey of the country who was awarded the Golden Mic Award and came from Kolkata was accompanied by the budding anchor of the state, Sarita Sinha.

Organizer informed in a statement that the opening ceremony was held at 12:30 noon. And the final round competition started at 5 pm. Prize distribution ceremony at 8:30 pm.

The entrepreneurs also said in the statement that this year, Ranjan Pal and Devankur Bhowmik, Rajesh Vanik and Dilip Kumar Roy, Shubham Debnath and Jaydeep Adhikari have won the first, second and third positions respectively.

Former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, who was present in the first phase of the program, thanked and congratulated tripurainfo.com and all the government and non-governmental organizations who came forward to make this program a success, for continuing a program like Quiz for the last 17 years despite many hurdles and difficulties. He once again requested the organizers to continue the program in the future. End of the speech, the former chief minister also said that there is an attempt to distort the history of the country and erase it in some cases. In this regard, he requested everyone to be careful.

Minister Ramprasad Pal said I came to this event last year as well. And I liked it very much. I am very happy to attend this year as well. Children as well as adults have a lot to learn from such events he said. He also said that Tripurainfo should continue this program in the future. According to Ramprasad Pal it is not only a quiz show but also a festival of reunion.

Organizers said that this time too there were more than hundred different attractive prizes including cash. This year Mr. Abhinav Jaswal, Ramakrishna Mission School won the prize of 'Quizer-2022' for answering the highest question correctly in the audience. 10,000 cash has been given to him as reward. Besides, Shri Shreyaskar Chakraborty, a student of NIT, Agartala, won a cash prize of ten thousand rupees by answering a question correctly in the raffle round at the end of the program.
