Nationalist parties like BJP giving undue importance to Tipra Matha: Ranajoy Dev

BJP and other national parties are giving undue importance to Pradyot Kishore's newly born party Tipra Matha. According to former Tripura BJP president Ranajoy Dev, there is no need to give so much importance to Tipra Matha. According to Ranajoy Dev, the rise of this party is suddenly take place. But there is no doubt that they will be stopped and BJP can certainly make it happen. According to him, if the Janjati leadership is allowed to work independently, if the party provides financial, infrastructural and other support, Tipra Matha will run away.

Shri Dev wrote on his social media yesterday, 'We have many leaders including weighty leaders like Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Debavarman, Revati Tripura, Atul Debavarman, Rampad Jamatia, Pramud Riang. He asked that why we will so afraid of Tipra Matha? He said that BJP workers should be protected from attacks by Tipra Matha miscreants. This will weaken the mind itself and come forward to join forces.

He further wrote in his FB that Greater Tripraland demand will remain demand, in practice, without doing anything.

According to Ranajoy, the Chakma vote will not get Tipra Matha. Many Chakmas come from East Pakistan. BJP will gain if Muslims get some votes. They don't vote for BJP. It will hurt CPIM and to some extent Congress party.

Ranajoy also wrote that BJP did not lose ADC polls, IPFT lost. So, no fear about Matha, no coalition with them, no commitment to greater tipraland, former BJP state president also said.
