Court directs to register rape case against Gomati Dairy chairman, pregnant girl's mother claims her daughter was impregnated by chairman's nephew

Now state politics has heated up with allegations of rape of a girl abandoned by her husband, a resident of Ward No. 5 of Gazaria Gram Panchayat under Bamutia Assembly Constituency in Tripura. Yesterday, the CJM court in West Tripura ordered the Lefunga police station to receive an FIR against the main accused in this incident. According to the rape victim, she was raped by Samir Das, Agartala Gomati Dairy chairman severaltimes. Last September 13, the victim went to Lefunga police station to file a complaint. But the police of the so called good governance state did not received FIR against the high-profile rapist closed to state law minister Ratanlal Nath. In this, the rape victim faced the journalists in the court premises on September 26 and complained that the chairman of Gomati Dairy Samir Das himself had raped her. She worked as a maid in his house. Rape victim also allaged that state Law Minister Ratanlal Nath is helping the chairman of Gomati Milk Union chairman Samir Das. According to the rape victim Samir Das is principal accused of raped her and the victim girl also said that the principal accused getting support from state law minister. She complained that the state law minister threatening her not to file a case.

Meanwhile, suddenly on Tuesday, the victim's mother denied the allegations of rape against the chairman Samir Das and said that the chairman's nephew Kashiram Das had raped her daughter.

The victim's mother called the journalist at her residence and told the reporters that the allegations made by her daughter are completely false. The state law minister never came to her house. If he came, at least someone in the neighborhood would know. She never met the Law Minister. There was no conversation even on the phone.

She also said that her daughter is currently seven months pregnant and a young man named Kashiram Das is responsible for it and he is the nephew of Gomati Dairy Chairman Samir Das who is resides in the same complex of Samir Das. According to the victim's mother, Samir Das cannot indulge in such activities due to his physical weakness. He also said that the allegations of rape made by her daughter against Chairman Samir Das are false. And she claimed that the charge against the law minister of helping the accused in the rape case is also completely false. The victim's mother is an Anganbari center worker. According to her, the chairman's nephew Kashiram Das is responsible for raping her daughter. She blamed Suman Ghosh, the leader of Bamutia Block Youth Congress and a permanent resident of Bamutia Bazar, for revealing this incident to journalists. She said that her daughter made these allegations in front of journalists with the support of Suman Ghosh. yesterday

When asked by reporters about the reason for his daughter's pregnancy, she said that the chairman's nephew Kashiram Das was responsible for it. The whole matter is subject to investigation. Now let's see what comes out of the investigation.

Incidentally, MLA Sudeep Roy Barman had raised this issue in the state assembly session on September 26.
