Union Labor Ministry sanctioned a 100-bed ESI hospital and 4 dispensaries for Tripura: Bhagwan Das

Union Labor Minister Bhupendra Singh Yadav recently sanctioned the construction of a 100-bed ESI hospital and 4 dispensaries in the state for the welfare of workers in the state. Labor Minister Bhagwan Das said this while inaugurating a mega awareness and registration camp organized by Tripura Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board at Muktdhara Hall in Agartala yesterday. In the event, the labor minister said that the workers are the craftsmen of civilization. The foundation of civilization is built on their hard work. The overall development of the country and the state will be only if there is overall welfare of the workers. Inaugurating the camp, Labor Minister Bhagwan Chandra Das further said that there is a large number of working people in our state. In order to enable the workers to enroll themselves in the construction workers scheme, the State has arranged for enrollment through Community Service Centres. In the event, Labor Minister Sri Das said, the state government has decided to provide more financial assistance to construction workers. He also informed on the occasion that a 100-bed ESI hospital is being built in Tripura for the workers soon.
