India-Bangladesh Friendship Bridge to be inaugurated at Sabroom in December 2022

India-Bangladesh Friendship Bridge will be opened in December 2022, at the same time, state government will take serious initiative to start the long-distance passenger rail service as soon as possible, Chief Minister Manik Saha said this while talking to reporters during his visit to Sabroom yesterday. Chief Minister Manik Saha inaugurated several projects during his visit to Sabroom on Thursday. At two o'clock in the afternoon, he inaugurated the dumping station built at a cost of about one and a half crore rupees. He also inaugurated Sabroom, Sub-Divisional Hospital SDM office building and a passenger shed opposite Sabroom College.
In response to a question from local journalists present during the visit of the India Bangladesh Friendship Bridge and the Integrated Checkpost, he said that the India Bangladesh Friendship Bridge was inaugurated by the Prime Ministers of the two countries. But it has been a long time since the travel between the two countries has not started. Chief Minister Manik Saha said that he will take initiative to start this Maitri Bridge very soon.
