Large number of voters in Unnayan Sangha area under Town Bardowali blocked by imported mafia elements

A large number of voters in Unnayan Sangha area under Town Bardowali constituency who cast their votes in Shankaracharya Vidyayatan and nearby polling stations stand blocked from voting . They tried to cast ballots but were forcibly returned from voting by the mafia elements of BJP brought from outside . These included thieves, dacoits and snatchers and smugglers.

Sources from the affected locality said that they had informed police as well as the tole free numbers but no help has come so far . These voters are still awaiting help from security forces to exercise their right to vote . In many polling stations polling agents of opposition parties were driven away as even the women polling agents of the ruling party drove away the women agents of opposition parties from the two all women polling stations in Ram Nagar.
