Tripura government awards prizes to civilians and bureaucrats on the statehood day

In a departure from past practices, Tripura government has conferred awards on altogether fifteen civilians and eight bureaucrats for their contribution to the state in their respective fields of services. The awards were in two categories-Citizens award  and statehood  award for good administrators. The citizens awardees are as follows :

1) Dr Pratap Sanyal-Tripura Bibhusan-health service, 2) Ms Helen Debbarma-Tripura Bhusan-social work, 3) Subimal Bhattcharjee-Sachin Debbarman award-lyricist, 4) Ms Dipali Debbarma-Maharani Kanchanprava Debi award-self-reliance of tribal women, 5) Ms Tania Saha-science and technology award-environment-friendly LED bulb.

2)Anatara Naha-Good citizen award-social welfare,   Aharan Edu-smart PVT LTD-best start-up, Bikramjit Chakam-floriculture, Rajsekhar Das-improved pisciculture, Mrinal Kanti Das-piggery, Ms Rima Debbarma-handloom and handicraft, Messers Anand spices industries-industrial venture, Token online learning solution-best mobile app, Daldali Lamps limited-co-operative livelihood, Abhijeet Bhattacharjee-education.
 As per the government  decision, the Chief Minister's Civil Service Awards for Excellence in Public Administration was awarded to three best performing Departments during the 50th statehood day today namely, National Health Mission, Finance  and  Forest departments and  Two best performing Districts namely, Sepahijala District and West District was awarded today. Three best performing Blocks awarded namely, Ambassa, Jubarajnagar and Salema Blocks.  Three Gazetted Officers for good performance was awarded today were namely, Ms. Bishwasree V, DM and Collector and  Sri Arindam Das, OC, DM and Collector, Sepahijala District (was awarded jointly), Sri Prasada Rao Vaddarappu, MD TRPC Ltd., Sri Amit Sukla, CCF and  Sri S Soorya Narayan, DCF (was awarded jointly) and  three Non-Gazetted officers  were awarded  for good performance namely, Sri Sushil Debbarma, OS, GA (AR) Deptt, Sri Tapas Choudhury, Copier Machine Operator, Revenue Deptt & Sri Prabir Chakma, Fishery Assistant, Fisheries Deptt was given  on the Statehood Day today. 

The best performing Departments, Districts and Blocks were given a certificate and cash Rs. 25,000/ and  Rs. 10,000/- respectively. The best performing Departments i.e. National Health Mission was awarded for the  good performance on implementation of the scheme i.e. screening of children under Rastriya Bal Swasthya karyakaram (RBSK) to improve the overall quality of life of children through early detection of 38 (thirty eight) common health birth defects, disease, deficiencies development delays.  Finance Department was awarded for implementation of e-Abagari which was launched on 1st October, 2020 and the various services were integrated with e-Abagari portal. 

Forest Deptt was awarded for implementation of Intensive plantation and water conservation including staggered contour trenching and mass awareness under Jal Shakti Abhijan (Jal movement through Jan Andolan). 

The best performing Districts and Blocks was awarded for implementation of 4 centrally sponsored schemes i.e. MGNREGA, PMAY-G, SBM, TRLM and for for implementation of various schemes at the Panchayat level. 

Sri Sushil Debbarma, OS, GA (AR) Deptt was awarded for implementation of online IPRs for 16 (sixteen) state cadre services involving 5,850 employees and also for regular monitoring of grievances uploaded in CPGRAMS portal and Sri Prabir Chakma, Fishery Assistant, Fisheries Deptt was awarded for timely selection of beneficiaries through PRI Bodies, continuous guidance of cage culture technical knowledge to the beneficiaries, timely distribution of inputs to the beneficiaries, active involvement of 100 nos. fishermen towards cage culture technology and generation of additional  income to fishermen apart from traditional income source.
