Legal Service Camp Conducted at Twidu Town Hall.

Agartala, 1st December 2019: The Sub-divisional Legal Setvices Committee, Amar Pur Gumati Tripura has conducted a mega 'Legal Services Camp' here at Twidu town community hall today. As per the direction of the NALSA (The National Legal Service Authority) 'Access to justice for all' and over the article 39A of the constitution of India provides for free legal aids to the poor & weaker section of the society and ensures justice for all was the main issue of the camp where the concerned authorities have narrated all these provisional opportunities for the poor and helpless persons to avail proper justice in the judicial system in the state. The concerned authority has focussed over the articles of 14 & 22(1) of the constitution which make it obligatory for the state to ensure equality before law and a legal system which promotes justice on the basis of equal opportunity to all. Addressing the participants the inaugurator of the programme Dharmendu Das, LD, CJM of Gumati judicial district, said, " Our main mission is to legally empower the marginalized and excluded groups of the society by providing effective legal representation, conducting legal literacy and awareness programmes to bridge the gap between the legally available benefits and the entitled beneficiaries. He more added that our vision is to promote an exclusive legal system in order to ensure fair and meaningful justice to the marginalized and disadvantaged sections." To provide free medical service the organizer has arranged a free health check up camp also where a medical team provided free check up & medicines have been given away to the local villagers in the programme. Many departmental exhibition stalls have been arranged in this Legal Service Camp programme. A lots of departmental authorities took part in the programme. Among the dignitaries there were Satyajit Das, I/C, SDJM, Amar Pur, Gumati Tripura, Bijoy Singha, SDM, Amar Pur, Gumati Triipura, Haran Chandra Das, president of bar association, Amar Pur, Tuhiton Tripura, SDPO, Ampi, Mahendra Kambey Chakma, BDO, Ampi, Ambha Charan Uchui, CDPO, Ampi, Krishna Debbarma, IS, Ampi, TTAADC, Nakhatra Debbarma, Ampi block IS and many others remained present in the programme. PRTC, ST, SC, birth and death certificates also have been distributed among the villagers in the programme.
