Special vaccination drive for children steadily going on

Agartala, January 21, 2022: In order to boost up the ongoing
special vaccination drive for the children from age bracket of 15 to 18 years,
Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb and his other cabinet colleagues on Thursday
visited different districts of the state and reviewed the vaccination process.
The three day long pecial vaccination drive from January 19
to 21 to cover the maximum of children under the age group of 15 to 18 years
has on Friday going on across the state to cover maximum of children under the
same age group.
Chief Minister has visited different vaccination centers on
the second day of the vaccination drive, set up in different schools of Gomati
district and has also interacted with students.
Speaking with media persons, Deb said that the Health
department has started three days special vaccination drive from January 19 to
21 next to cover the maximum of children under the age group of 15 to 18 years.
He also appealed to the parents to participate in the vaccination drive to
protect their children. Later, Chief Minister during his Udaipur town visit has
also visited the Mata Tripura Sundari temple. During his to Udaipur town,
Tourism Minister Pranajit Singha Roy, MLA Biplab Kumar Ghosh, director of
school education Chandni Chandan and district magistrate of Gomati R H Kumar
were also present.
On the second day of vaccination drive, all the
cabinet ministers of the state government has also visited different
vaccination centre in different districts of the state and reviewed the
vaccination process for children.
