India's Tallest Buddha Statue, Built in Nabinchara, Near Pecharthal of Tripura

The second tallest Buddha statue of South East Asia, built in Nabinchara, near the Pecharthal of Tripura. The work of creating a Buddha statue of 108 feet height has already begun. It may take another two years to complete the entire work. Currently the tallest Buddha statue in South East Asia is in Myanmar. Its height is 216 feet. When the construction of the statue of Nabinchara is completed, it will be the highest Buddha statue of India and the second tallest Buddha statue of South East Asia.
Construction work on a high hill at a distance of ten km from Patcherthal has been going on for the last one year. When the construction work is over, the entire Nabinchara and Pecharthal area will be a center of attraction for the tourists as well as to the general public too. The responsibility given  to built the  108-feet high Buddha statue in Tripura to  a company in Thailand. 

And doing the work of beautifying the temple and the temples area was given to  a West Bengal organization and they were  is doing it since April,  2018. The statue will be made of fiver glass. And for the entire plan, the cost will be around five crore. Mahamuni Buddha Temple in Sabroom is now the first Buddhist temple in the state, which is the oldest and most beautiful natural environment in the state.
As far as the Internet is concerned, 66-meter (216 feet) tall statue of the Chautataggi Buddha Temple in Myanmar, the largest Buddha statue, is now the largest Buddha statue in Southeast Asia.
However, the world's largest Buddhist temple is Borobudur, Indonesia. Built between 750-842 AD . The structure of the statue was 113 feet tall and in 1991, it was added to the UNESCO World Heritage list.
On the other hand, the world's tallest statue is in Gujarat. Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel - the hero of India's freedom struggle. Its height is 182 meters (600 feet). China's Spring Temple is now 128 meters (419 feet) tall, the world's largest Buddha statue.
Leshan Giant Buddha - Sichuan, China UNESCO's tallest 233 feet tall statue is the largest stone Buddha statue in the world. Built in 800 BC.  It was built in a sandstone arches during the Tang Dynasty. Mount Emami Sinic Area, with Leshan Giant Buddha's Sinic Area, has also been listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996.
