In a mysterious incident a black youth from Cameroon of Africa took shelter in the border outpost (BOP) of BSF in Ballamukh area of Belonia subdivision on the edge of the border with Bangladesh . Sources from Belonia said that around 6-00 yesterday in the morning a black well-built youth named Molua Patrice (41) suddenly appeared in the BSF BOP . Even as the BSF jawans in the outpost got bewildered by the appearance of the man ,he introduced himself as a man from Cameroon , claiming he is doing his Phd in the Chandigarh university of Punjab.

He sought help from the BSF authority and said that some of his friends with whom he had been acquainted in the university had brought him to Tripura in the name of a pleasure trip and showing football matches. In stead of taking him to a football ground his so-called friends had taken him to the barbed wire fencing at Ballamukh in Belonia but when he asked why he had been taken to the barbed wire fencing and threatened to shout for help his so-called friends fled from the area.

Sources from the BSF said that the claims of the Cameroonian Molua Patrice is being verified and after completion of verification of his antecedents and claims appropriate action would be taken to help him out of trouble. His passport and other documents are also being scrutinized.
