In the absence of recruitment of adequate staff and teachers the school education system in Tripura now confront a major challenge . According to a report from authentic sources, two Anganwadi centres are currently being run by a single teacher in Madhucharan para ADC village under Melaghar police station. There are two Anganwadi centres in Madhucharan para and within a short distance at Paul Para.

Sources said that because of the gross negligence of the high-ups in the social welfare department, there is no teacher in the Madhu charan para centre . The lone teacher Pushpa Rani Debnath who was till now running the Paul Para centre has now been put in charge as teacher to run the Madhu charna para Anganwadi centre also by the CDPO office in Melaghar. This has put the teacher Pushpa Rani Debnath in great trouble she is now at sea in running both the centres.

As a result the learning process of small chlldren is suffering greatly and the people of the are deeply agitated over the issue. Despite being informed of the problem the CDPO , Melaghar has not been able to post a teacher in the Madhu Chanara para centre because the entire social welfare department is reeling under acute shortage of staff , specially teachers to run the Anganwadi centres across the state. However, the people and ,specially guardians of Madhu Charan para have expressed serious resentment over the issue and warned the authorities that unless a teacher is provided for the Anganwadi centre in their area , they will resort to agitation , going to the extent of blockading road.
