First foundation day ceremony of Neurology department of GBP hospital observed

The first foundation day of the Neurology department of the GBP hospital was observed in a fitting manner today. It was on September 2 2024 that the super-speciality block of Neurology in the GBP hospital was launched . A function to commemorate the occasion was held today in the super-speciality block and packets of sweets were distributed among relatives of the admitted patients who had been specially invited.

The function was attended by director of health services Sr Tapan Majumder, Joint Director Dr Sauvik Debbarma, MSO of GBP hospital Dr Sankar Chakraborty, deputy MSO Dr Kanak Chowdhury, director Gideon Malsum , Neurologists Dr Abir Lal Nath, Dr Arpan Mitra, Dr Paulomi Nag, Dr Shubhrajit Das and Dr Supratim Saha. The nursing officers present included Sevika Datta, Rosy Chakraborty etc.
