15 IAS and TCS Officers Transferred in Tripura: Major Reshuffle Ordered by Government

In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Government of Tripura has transferred and posted a total of fifteen TCS and IAS officers across the state with immediate effect. The General Administration (Personnel & Training) Department issued two separate notifications on Tuesday, effecting the changes in the interest of public service.

As per the notifications, the following transfers have been made:

First Notification (9 Officers)

Smt Binki Saha, TCS Gr-I, posted as SDM Bishalgarh & CEO, Bishalgarh Municipal Council, replacing her earlier assignment as Joint Resident Commissioner, Tripura Bhavan, Guwahati.

Shri Rakesh Chakraborty, TCS Gr-I, moved from SDM Bishalgarh & CEO, Bishalgarh MC to Senior Deputy Magistrate, DM’s Office, Gomati District.

Shri Homagni Bhattacharjee, TCS Gr-II, shifted from Deputy Collector, DM’s Office, Dhalai to Deputy Resident Commissioner, Tripura Bhavan, Guwahati.

Smt Debjani Choudhury, TCS Gr-I, transferred from Addl. SDM, Bishalgarh & Dy. CEO, Bishalgarh MC to SDM, Dharmanagar & CEO, Dharmanagar MC.

Shri Sajal Debnath, TCS Gr-I, moved from SDM, Dharmanagar & CEO, Dharmanagar MC to SDM, Mohanpur & CEO, Mohanpur MC.

Shri Subrata Kumar Dash, TCS Gr-I, ADM & Collector (PP), Dhalai, has been appointed as Joint Director, Industries and Commerce and OSD, TIDC Ltd. He will also hold the additional charge of Managing Director, Tripura Tea Development Corporation Ltd.

Shri Partha Das, TCS Gr-I, earlier Joint Director, Industries and Commerce and OSD, TIDC Ltd. with additional charge of MD, Tripura Tea Development Corporation Ltd., has been transferred as ADM & Collector (PP), Dhalai District.

Shri Subhash Dutta, TCS Gr-I, SDM, Mohanpur & CEO, Mohanpur MC, has been posted as ADM & Collector (PP), Sepahijala District.

Shri Bijayanta Sarkar, TCS Gr-I, Senior Deputy Collector, DM’s Office, Sepahijala District, is now posted as Addl. SDM, Bishalgarh with additional charge of Dy. CEO, Bishalgarh MC.

Second Notification (6 Officers)

Shri Apurba Krishna Chakraborty, TCS Gr-I, Addl. SDM, Teliamura, has been posted as SDM, Teliamura & CEO, Teliamura MC.

Shri Sanjib Chakma, TCS Gr-I, Joint Director, Information & Cultural Affairs, Agartala, is transferred as SDM, Santirbazar & CEO, Santirbazar MC.

Shri Manoj Kumar Saha, TCS Gr-I, SDM, Santirbazar & CEO, Santirbazar MC, has been appointed Joint Director, Information & Cultural Affairs, Agartala.

Shri Rupanjan Das, TCS Gr-I, Senior Deputy Collector, DM’s Office, Khowai, has been posted as Addl. SDM, Teliamura.

Shri Dwij Goel, IAS, SDM, Ambassa & CEO, Ambassa MC, is transferred as OSD to DM & Collector, West Tripura.

Smt Ringku Reang, TCS Gr-I, Senior Deputy Collector, DM’s Office, Gomati, is posted as SDM, Ambassa & CEO, Ambassa MC.

This reshuffle covers key administrative positions across Bishalgarh, Dharmanagar, Mohanpur, Dhalai, Sepahijala, Teliamura, Santirbazar, Ambassa, and Dharmanagar, involving both TCS and IAS officers.

The government stated that these changes have been made to ensure smoother functioning of the administration and to strengthen governance across different districts.
