Dispute over money, a tea stall owner threw a bucket full of boiling water on a person

A man sustained serious injuries when the owner of a tea stall threw a bucket full of water on him following a verbal brawl in Teliamura on Thursday. The injured person has been shifted to the hospital.

Jiban Das, owner of a tea stall opposite to Karilong BOC, got involved in a brawl with another person Bapan Das, owner of a car battery shop of the same locality, over a money matter. Bapan assured that he is going to Atharamura for some work and will pay the money on return. This failed to satisfy Jiban, who angrily threw the bucket full of boiling water on Bapan.
