Mega awareness programme on a host of themes to come off on April 25

The TUIRPC in collaboration with the North East Industrial Development Council (NEIDC) is organizing a mega awareness programme in the Hall No-1 of Rabindra Shata Varshiki Bhawan, Agartala on April 25. The NEIDC chairperson Shailendra Pratap Singh will be chief guest and main speaker in the awareness programme on the issues of ‘Child trafficking free Northeast’, ‘Youth intoxication free Northeast’, ‘Women empowerment in Northeast’, ‘Youth employment in Northeast’ and ‘Rehabilitation and employment of Ex-cobatants’. According to information provided by the industry department of Tripura, the departmental minister Santana Chakma and minister for tribal welfare Bikash Debbarma will also address the gathering.

This mega awareness programme titled ‘Vision of Prime Minister’ and ‘Vision of Home Minister’ is inspired by the vision and action plan mooted by the prime minister Narendra Modi, union home minister Amit Shah, the chief minister of Assam and NEDA convener Himanta Biswa Sarma and Tripura chief minister Dr Manik Saha. All of them have conveyed their good wishes for the grand success of the mega awareness programme.
